How a project runs

Five steps, one team, no hand-offs. You will always know what stage your project is in and what happens next.

Discover

Unit codes, cohort, delivery mode and what you already have. We read the units of competency before we write a word.

Design

We draft the mapping matrix and the resource outline together, so every requirement has a home before writing starts.

Develop

Writers, instructional designers and your subject matter experts draft against the mapping matrix, with your trainers reviewing as we go.

Deliver

We proof, format in your templates, build the digital version for Moodle or Canvas where needed, and hand over the source files.

Evaluate

We can join your validation sessions and update the resources as units, feedback and your cohort change.

Common questions

Which training packages and units do you cover?

We work from the current unit of competency on training.gov.au, whichever training package it belongs to. Send us the unit codes and we map each resource to the elements, performance criteria, knowledge evidence, performance evidence and assessment conditions.

Do you work in our templates?

Yes. If you have learner guide, assessment or RPL templates, we build in them. If you do not, we supply ours and hand over the source files so your team can keep editing.

Do you help with validation?

Every assessment tool ships with a mapping matrix so your validators can see where each requirement is covered. We can also join your validation sessions and make the agreed changes.

Can it go into Moodle or Canvas?

Yes. We build the digital version as SCORM, H5P or native Moodle and Canvas activities, test it in your platform and hand over. Print and Word versions are available for face-to-face delivery.
