Four systems, one dashboard

Team leaders were exporting data from four systems to answer one question about learner progress. We built a Canvas LTI reporting dashboard that brings live goals, skill areas, attendance and completion data to the platform staff already use, so reporting that took days of exports now takes minutes.

Learners were getting lost before they got learning: cluttered course pages, confusing navigation, a theme that screamed 2015. We rebuilt the theme and course UX around the learner's first five minutes, and navigation complaints stopped being the top support topic in the first term.

Induction done before day one

Government agency

A large agency needed consistent, accessible induction for a distributed workforce. We designed a scenario-based program, built to WCAG 2.2 AA, packaged in SCORM, delivered in their LMS, that new starters complete on any device before they walk in the door.
